You must be at least 18 (or supervised by a guardian) and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

• Images are illustrative. Handmade items may vary in colour, texture, finish, or size — variations are not defects.
• Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, returning any amount paid for a cancelled order.

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm and/or dispatch. Payment must complete via checkout methods. You must provide accurate shipping details.

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) on working days. Sundays and all government / public holidays are non-working days and are excluded from working-day calculations. See our Shipping Policy.

All site content is owned by or licensed to Velcatt and may not be used commercially without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
