How Velcatt processes and delivers orders across India.

• We aim to dispatch within 48 hours (2 working days) after successful order confirmation and payment.
• Sundays and government / public holidays are excluded from working-day counts.
• Example: an order placed Friday evening may dispatch by Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday.
• Festival or sale periods may take longer; we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

After dispatch, transit depends on location and courier. Estimates are approximate, not guaranteed. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers apply only while advertised and active.

Ensure address, phone, and pin code are correct. Tracking is shared after dispatch where available. Contact info@velcatt.com before dispatch for address help.

Failed delivery due to unavailability, refusal, or wrong address may return the parcel to us. Re-shipping may need extra charges. See our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Do not discard packaging. Record a continuous unboxing video and follow the replacement process.
