Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on Velcatt.

• Orders generally cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.
• If packing has not started, email info@velcatt.com with your order number. Cancellation is only at our sole discretion.
• If accepted before dispatch, any amount may be adjusted as store credit or returned via the original method at our discretion — this is not a general refund for delivered goods.

We may cancel for stock issues, pricing errors, failed/fraudulent payment, or undeliverable address. Amounts collected for such cancelled orders will be returned via the original payment method.

Once dispatched or delivered, orders cannot be cancelled. Remedies are limited to replacement for transit damage under our Refund & Replacement Policy. No refunds are offered.

All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
